录制卡顿或录制时 FPS 过低
If your game or screen recording causes stutter or a big FPS drop, the encoder or settings are likely too heavy for your system.
- Enable hardware encoding. Open Bandicam → Settings → Video. Select H.264 (NVENC) if you have an NVIDIA GPU, H.264 (Intel Quick Sync) for Intel integrated/GPU, or H.264 (AMD) for AMD. This moves encoding off the CPU and reduces lag.
- Lower resolution or frame rate. If you are recording at 4K or 60+ FPS, try 1080p and 30 or 60 FPS. You can also set video size to Half and lower FPS (e.g. to 15) or quality (e.g. from 80 to 50) in Settings → Video.
- Close other heavy apps. Browsers with many tabs, other recording tools, or streaming software can compete for CPU/GPU. Try Chrome or Firefox instead of Edge if you record browser content.
- Use Game Recording mode for games. Don’t use Screen Recording for full-screen games; use the Game tab so Bandicam can hook the game efficiently. See Guides – Record gameplay.
- Windows power and graphics. Set Windows power plan to High Performance and, in Windows 10/11, set Bandicam to use the high-performance GPU (Settings → System → Display → Graphics).
If lag continues, try resetting Bandicam settings to defaults or using Motion JPEG and PCM codecs. See FAQ for system requirements and codec options.
录制出现黑屏
A black or blank video usually means the capture source isn’t being captured correctly (game capture, full-screen exclusive, or GPU overlay).
- Game Recording: If the game runs in full-screen exclusive mode, try windowed or borderless windowed and record again. Some games block capture in exclusive full screen. Use Game Recording instead of Screen Recording for games when possible.
- Start Bandicam before the target. Launch Bandicam first, then open the game or app you want to record. This can avoid black screen caused by capture order.
- Change codec. Try Xvid or H.264 (CPU, NVIDIA, Intel, or AMD) in Settings → Video. Disabling hardware acceleration in your browser (Chrome/Edge/Firefox) can fix black screen when recording browser video.
- Screen Recording: Make sure you selected the correct monitor or window. If you use “Rectangle on a screen,” ensure the area isn’t off-screen or minimized.
- Update graphics drivers and DirectX. Install the latest NVIDIA, AMD, or Intel graphics drivers and ensure DirectX is up to date. Old drivers can cause black screen with hardware encoding or certain games.
- Try software (CPU) encoding. In Settings → Video, switch to H.264 (software) or another software codec. If the video is no longer black, the issue may be with hardware encoding or drivers.
- Run Bandicam as administrator. Right-click Bandicam → Run as administrator. Some games or protected content require elevated rights for capture. You can also try playing the file in VLC to confirm it’s not a playback issue.
Black screen is often caused by copyright protection, antivirus blocking, or video acceleration. For more on recording modes, see Features and Guides.
录制没有声音
If the recorded file has no audio, check that the correct device is selected and that Windows isn’t muting or blocking it.
- Enable sound in Bandicam. Open Settings → Sound. Enable Record system sound (or similar) and choose the correct playback device (e.g. default or your speakers). If you want your voice, enable Record microphone and select the mic.
- “Failed to start audio capture.” Uncheck “Record sound” temporarily, then reset Bandicam settings to defaults. Plug in your audio jack and set Speakers as the default sound device in Windows. Disable audio tuning apps (Sonic Studio, Nahimic) and uncheck “audio enhancements” for the device.
- Check Windows volume. Ensure the system volume and the application you’re recording aren’t muted. In Bandicam and Windows, select “Default Sound Device” for speakers and “Disable” for microphone if you’re not recording mic. Test with a short recording.
- Audio/video out of sync. Use MP4 with H.264 + AAC codec, update graphics drivers, and try the “Use enhanced capture method” option or “Listen to this device” in Windows sound settings.
- Exclusive mode. Some audio drivers use “exclusive mode,” which can prevent other apps from capturing sound. In Windows Sound settings, open the device properties and try disabling exclusive mode.
- Reinstall or update audio drivers. Outdated or broken audio drivers can cause no capture. Install the latest sound card drivers from your PC or motherboard manufacturer.
Microphone not working? Confirm the mic is set as default in Windows and that Bandicam’s microphone option is enabled and pointing to that device.
游戏未识别(游戏录制)
Bandicam’s Game mode supports DirectX, OpenGL, and Vulkan. If the game isn’t detected (no green FPS overlay), try the following.
- Run the game first, then Bandicam. Open the game, switch to Bandicam, and click the Game tab. Bandicam may list the game window; select it manually if needed.
- Use “Select a window to record.” In the Game tab, use the option to pick the game window from the list. Some games appear as a window even in full screen.
- Try windowed or borderless. Run the game in windowed or borderless windowed mode. Some full-screen exclusive modes are not detected.
- Update Bandicam and graphics drivers. New games often need the latest Bandicam version and GPU drivers for proper hooking.
- Use Screen Recording as a fallback. If Game Recording never detects the game, use Screen Recording and select full screen or the game window. You may lose a bit of optimization but can still record. See Guides – Record screen.
Bandicam 崩溃或卡死
If Bandicam closes unexpectedly or freezes, try these steps.
- Run as administrator. Right-click Bandicam → Run as administrator. Some games or drivers require elevated rights.
- Disable hardware encoding temporarily. In Settings → Video, switch to software (CPU) encoding. If crashes stop, the issue may be with the GPU or driver; update graphics drivers or report to Bandicam support.
- Check disk space. Ensure the drive where Bandicam saves recordings has enough free space. Full or nearly full drives can cause freezes or failures.
- Exclude Bandicam from antivirus. Add Bandicam’s folder and executable to your antivirus exclusion list. False positives or real-time scanning can cause crashes. See FAQ – Is Bandicam safe?
- Reinstall Bandicam. Uninstall from Windows Settings, then download and install again from Download. Backup your settings if possible.
杀毒软件拦截或删除 Bandicam
Some antivirus programs flag screen recorders. Bandicam is safe; the installer and program are not malware.
- Add Bandicam’s installation folder (e.g.
C:\Program Files\Bandicam) and the installer file to your antivirus exclusion or whitelist. - If the installer was deleted, download it again from the Download page. You can report the false positive to your antivirus vendor.
For more on safety, see FAQ – Is Bandicam safe?.
录制卡顿或 CPU 占用过高
If the recording is choppy or Bandicam uses a lot of CPU, try these steps.
- Enable hardware encoding. In Settings → Video, use H.264 (NVENC), H.264 (Intel Quick Sync), or H.264 (AMD) instead of software (CPU) encoding. This moves encoding to the GPU and reduces CPU load.
- Lower resolution or frame rate. Record at 1080p instead of 4K, or 30 FPS instead of 60 FPS. In Settings → Video, you can set video size to Half and lower the quality slider.
- Use Game Recording for games. Don't use Screen Recording for full-screen games; use the Game tab for better performance.
- Close other heavy apps. Browsers with many tabs, other recorders, or streaming software can compete for CPU/GPU. Close what you don't need.
- Set Windows power plan to High Performance and ensure Bandicam uses the high-performance GPU (Settings → System → Display → Graphics in Windows 10/11).
录制文件无法播放或已损坏
If the recorded file does not play or appears corrupted:
- Try another player. VLC Media Player and Windows Media Player often play Bandicam recordings. If one fails, try the other.
- Check disk space. If the drive ran out of space during recording, the file may be incomplete or corrupted. Ensure enough free space for long recordings.
- Use BandiFix. Bandicam includes BandiFix to repair corrupted recordings (e.g. after power loss or crash). Open BandiFix from the Bandicam folder or Start menu and select the corrupted file.
- Reinstall codecs. If the file plays in VLC but not in other apps, install or update K-Lite Codec Pack or use VLC for playback. Ensure your graphics drivers are up to date.
未检测到摄像头或设备
If Bandicam does not see your webcam or capture device:
- Check Windows. In Windows Settings → Privacy → Camera, ensure camera access is allowed for desktop apps. Test the webcam in Windows Camera or another app.
- Select the device in Bandicam. In the Device tab or Settings → Video → Overlay webcam, select your webcam from the dropdown. If it doesn't appear, unplug and reconnect, or restart Bandicam.
- Update drivers. Install the latest webcam or capture card drivers from the manufacturer. Close other apps that might be using the device (e.g. Zoom, Skype).
- Run Bandicam as administrator. Right-click Bandicam → Run as administrator. Some devices require elevated rights for capture.
上传到 YouTube 或云盘失败
If direct upload from Bandicam fails or the file is too large:
- Upload manually. Open youtube.com/upload (or your cloud service), drag the recorded file, and upload. Bandicam saves MP4 (H.264) which YouTube accepts directly.
- Reduce file size. Use hardware encoding (NVENC, Quick Sync, AMD) and record at 1080p 30 FPS or 60 FPS to keep files smaller. See Guides – Reduce file size.
- Check internet and login. Ensure you're signed in to the correct account and have a stable connection. Large 4K files can take a long time to upload.
录制意外停止或磁盘空间不足
If recording stops on its own or you get a "disk full" or similar error:
- Check free space. Bandicam saves to the folder set in Settings → General → Video folder. Ensure that drive has enough free space (e.g. several GB for long 1080p/4K recordings). Free space on C: or another drive does not help if the video folder is on a different drive.
- Increase free space. Move or delete old recordings, or change the video folder to a drive with more space (Settings → General).
- Free version 10-minute limit. The unregistered version stops each video after 10 minutes. You can start a new recording immediately, but each file is limited to 10 minutes. For unlimited length, register Bandicam.
- Antivirus or other software. Real-time scanning or another app can sometimes lock or block the file. Add Bandicam's folder to the antivirus exclusion list and try again.
